Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment,
call (727) 522-6515 at least 24-Hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged. For no shows or appointments canceled less than 24-hours prior, full payment will be required. If cancellation is due to an emergency, please call our office to avoid being charged.
We ask for this courtesy so patients who are on the waiting list can get in the schedule too. Thank you for your understanding.
